Seonmudo is a traditional Korean Buddhist practice that combines meditation, yoga, qigong, and martial arts training.
The practice of Korean Buddhism was passed down alongside Buddhism as a health practice for monks and a martial art for warriors.
In our program, you will experience the basic movements and martial arts, yoga, breathing, qigong, meditation, and more.
It is a time to harmonize the body and mind and transform into clear energy, making it a great meditation program for a healthier life.

Zazen (breathing meditation) 15 minutes
Take a moment to relax your tired body and mind through breathing meditation.
Zen Gymnastics and Sun Yoga 20 minutes
Warm up your body and mind with calisthenics and yoga exercises.
Janggong (Basic Zen Martial Arts) 20 minutes
Energize your body and mind with jiang ji ji, jiang jiang front kick, and jiang jiang side kick.
Zen Qigong 20 min
A moving meditation, the movements of Zen Qigong remind you that body and mind are one.
Zazen (Mudra Meditation) 15 minutes
Follow your hands as they move in silence, feel the energy of life, and deepen the silence of your body and mind.
